Our experienced Chartered Surveyor's will undertake a full inspection of the property both internally and externally and each item of disrepair will be assessed. Following the inspection, a detailed Part 35 expert report is completed which provides an opinion on each item of alleged disrepair with regards to causation and includes photographs and a Scott Schedule presenting the associated costs for repair.
